• Modification Requirements: To securely process payment transactions.
  • For modification services, you agree that you have fully informed Us about the motorcycle’s specifications and the desired modifications.
  • You acknowledge that modifications may affect the factory warranty, street legality of your motorcycle, and its resale value. MOTA. is not responsible for these impacts.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a modification request if we deem it unsafe, illegal, or beyond our technical capability.
• Service Warranty: Warranty for Services (if any) will be outlined in a separate document or service invoice. The warranty only covers work performed by MOTA., not damage caused by fair wear and tear, misuse, or subsequent modifications.
• Motorcycle Storage: You agree to pick up your motorcycle immediately after the Service is complete. MOTA. may charge storage fees for motorcycles not collected after 3 days from the completion notification.

• All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, product designs (apparel, accessories, art, modifications), and source code, is the property of MOTA. or third parties who have licensed it to Us, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
