Prep, colour and cure — all in this building

Why cheap paint fails

Tropical sun finds every shortcut

Paint doesn't fail at the top coat. It fails underneath, long before you can see it.

You know how a good finish looks on collection day. Two jobs can look identical then and be nothing alike a year later.

Bali tests paint with relentless UV, gritty rain, salty air and engine heat, and when it lets go it's almost always the preparation underneath, not the colour.

That's why the blasting booth and the phosphate pre-treatment matter more than the spray gun, and why we do both in this building.

Bring the part, a photo or a paint chip. We'll tell you what it needs underneath first.

Send a photo of the tank and we'll quote before anything is stripped.

Before the colour goes on

Prep is everything

  • All under one roof

Sandblasting, vapor blasting and powder coating share one building. We don't trust third parties with your parts, so nobody else touches them.

  • One artist, world-class

    Not a sticker kit.

  • Mechanics on hand

Tanks come off and go back on properly, with new seals and lines where needed.

  • It's a MOTA

Paint today, service and storage tomorrow — and a custom build when you're ready for a one-off.

No mystery

How it works

  1. Send photos

The parts, the bike, the idea or the colour reference.

  2. Quote and design

Price in writing; for artwork, a sketch to approve.

  3. Parts to us

Bring them, or we collect the bike (Ubud IDR 300,000, elsewhere IDR 750,000).

  4. Prep, paint, cure

Blasting if needed, booth painting, clear coat, proper curing time.

  5. Back on the bike

Refitted by our mechanics if the bike's with us; photo before it leaves.

Why paint it here

The prep is the product

An operator at the stainless vapor blasting cabinet

Stripped properly, not scuffed

Blasting and chemical stripping happen here, so the metal under your colour is genuinely clean.

Any colour, including every black

Questions, answered

Can you match a colour exactly?

Usually. Bring the part, a paint code or a photo of something you like. Paint to sample is routine here, and the closer the physical reference, the closer the match.

Do I have to do the whole bike?

No. Plenty of jobs are a tank, a set of panels or a repair to an otherwise good finish. Tell us the scope on the form and send a photo of the area.

How long will the bike be off the road?

Prep, colour and cure each need their own time, and deeper work takes longer. You get a realistic schedule with the quote, and for panel-only work you often keep riding.

Can you repair a scratch instead of repainting?

Sometimes, depending on the finish and depth. Metallics and pearls are harder to blend than solid colours. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether a repair will look right.

What about the parts under the paint?

If the bike is apart anyway, that's the cheapest moment to deal with rust, coating and plating. We'll flag anything worth doing while access is easy.
